Eevin offers a limited warranty on its radio products.

Warranty Period

Main unit: 12 months from the date of shipment

Batteries, chargers, antennas, earphones, and other accessories: 6 months from the date of shipment


Warranty Coverage

During the warranty period, if a product fails under normal use due to defects in materials, design, or workmanship, 

Eevin will provide free repair or replacement of the defective parts or the entire unit.


Warranty Extension Policy

Any repaired or replaced product will continue to be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period, 

or for 90 days from the date of repair or replacement, whichever is longer.

Warranty Limitations (Warranty Exclusions)

The warranty does not apply to any of the following circumstances:

Damage caused by improper installation, abnormal use, unauthorized modification, incorrect operation, misuse, or accidental drops or impacts.

Damage caused by improper packaging, exposure to extreme temperature or humidity conditions, severe vibration, food or liquid spills, or failure to use the product in accordance with the user manual.

Damage caused by power failure, lightning, severe weather conditions, or other force majeure events.

Products that have been disassembled, repaired, upgraded, or modified with unauthorized software or hardware by unauthorized parties.

Products with altered, defaced, damaged, or removed IMEI or serial numbers.

Damage or loss occurring during transportation or logistics handling.


Return Packaging Requirements

All returned products must be shipped in the original packaging or equivalent protective packaging to ensure transportation safety.

Eevin Technology shall not be responsible for any damage occurring during inbound or outbound transportation of returned products.

If a damaged product is received, the customer will be notified promptly, and assistance will be provided in filing a claim with the carrier.


Shipping Charges

Within the Warranty Period

Shipping to the service center shall be borne by the customer.

Return shipping after repair shall be borne by Eevin Technology.

Eevin Technology shall not be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other additional charges incurred during transportation.

 

Outside the Warranty Period

Round-trip shipping costs and insurance fees shall be borne by the customer. Freight collect (C.O.D.) shipments will not be accepted.

Eevin Technology reserves the right to choose the most economical shipping method. Any additional costs for expedited or special shipping services shall be borne by the customer.

Before returning the product for repair, customers are encouraged to contact customer service for assistance. Our technical team will provide remote troubleshooting via phone, email, or WhatsApp.

Limitation of Liability

Eevin Technology shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, downtime, labor costs, or third-party claims.

This limited warranty constitutes the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Eevin Technology and supersedes all other warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Eevin Technology reserves the right to suspend warranty services if the customer fails to make full and timely payment in accordance with the agreed payment terms.
